At Bevygood, we want every cup to arrive just the way it’s meant to. If something doesn’t go right, here’s how returns and refunds work.
Eligibility for Returns
Due to the nature of food and beverage products, we do not accept returns for reasons such as taste preference or change of mind once an order has been delivered.
However, we will gladly assist you in cases of:
- Damaged products
- Missing items
- Incorrect products delivered
Reporting an Issue
If you receive a damaged, incorrect, or incomplete order, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:
- Your order ID
- Clear photos of the product and packaging
This helps us resolve things quickly and fairly.
Refunds & Replacements
Once your request is reviewed and approved:
- We may issue a replacement, or
- Process a refund to the original payment method
Refund timelines may vary depending on your payment provider, but are usually processed within 5–7 business days after approval.
Non-Eligible Cases
Refunds or replacements will not be applicable for:
- Requests raised after 48 hours of delivery
- Products that have been consumed or tampered with
- Orders returned due to incorrect or incomplete address details provided at checkout
Cancellations
Orders can be cancelled before dispatch only. Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled.
Shipping Costs
Shipping charges, if any, are non-refundable, unless the return is due to an error on our part.
