Where We Ship

We currently ship across India. Availability may vary for certain pin codes, but we’ll always let you know at checkout if we can’t reach you.

Order Processing

  • Orders are typically processed within 24 hours.
  • Orders placed on Sundays or holidays are processed on the next working day.
  • Once your order is packed and handed over to our delivery partner, you’ll receive tracking details

Delivery Timelines

Estimated delivery timelines after dispatch:

  • Metro cities: 2–4 business days
  • Non-metro / other locations: 3–7 business days

Delivery times may vary due to location, courier operations, weather conditions, or unforeseen delays. We promise we’ll move as fast as logistics allow.

Shipping Charges

Shipping charges (if applicable) are clearly shown at checkout. Any free-shipping offers are subject to order value or ongoing promotions.

Delays & Exceptions

Incorrect Address / Failed Delivery

  • Orders returned due to incorrect or incomplete addresses may require re-shipping charges
  • Failed deliveries due to repeated unsuccessful attempts may be cancelled or returned

Damaged or Missing Orders

If your order arrives damaged or incomplete, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos or details so we can assist you promptly.
